Complete details are required in order to fulfill reservation efficiently. Arrival and departure date, flight details, number of person involved and notification if alternative hotels acceptable will help us to handle your inquiries more effeciently.

TOUR FARES

Please look at the “prices Page”. Prices are quoted in US Dollar per-person based on sharing twin room. Prices subject to charge with or without prior notice. Prices for children are 75% from adult’s half twin fares. All the prices are subject to added 1 (one) percent for the government tax.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

Accomodation as mentioned on the hotel list or similiar or at special Dani huts or local house or camping during trekking and adventures. Meals are specified in the program. B is Breakfast, L & D is Lunch and Dinner, served at a local restaurant or at hotel and simple meals which will be provided by local cook during trekking and adventure. All sightseeing tours as mentioned in the program include entrance fee, transportation for all transfers between port / harbour to hotel, boat/canoe and porters, donations English speaking guide.

TOUR FARES DO NOT INCLUDE

All airfares, airport taxes except if mentioned on the tour fare conditions. excess baggage charges, Personal expenses, travel insurance except those under Indonesian Government Policy.

Full payment must be made in advance 30 days prior to group arrival in Indonesia, sent by telegraphic transfer to our Bank Account as below :

RESPONSIBILITY

Although no effort will be spared to provide the request of service, Toraja Highland acts only as agent for transportation companies, hotels, carriers and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any losses, damages, accidents, change of schedules or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyon our control. Toraja Highland also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without prior notice, if found the best interest of all concerned.
